Ash Port to ELKS

• ash-elks-1.patch [5512 bytes] - patch against what I got from Claudio Matsuoka at http://www.merdre.net/~claudio/elks/ash-elks.tar.gz (one could call that version 0).
• ash-elks-1.tar.gz [107226 bytes] - sources, version 1.
• ash-elks-2.patch [7532 bytes] - patch from version 1 to version 2 by Claudio Matsuoka, fixing bcc compilation errors in expr.c and regexp.c.
• ash-elks-3.patch [3367 bytes] - patch from version 2 to version 3 by me, fixing the firstchar bug and undoing the TCGETS workaround (TCGETS is now supported by ELKS).
• ash-elks-3.tar.gz [107072 bytes] - current sources, version 3.
• login.c [2378 bytes] - de-un-enhanced login for better co-operation with ash. Checks several errors, chowns the tty, sets argv[0][0]='-', and adds USER, HOME, and SHELL to the environment.
